Why AdventureRooms?
AdventureRooms has been around since 2012 and has established its games throughout Switzerland and around the world. All puzzles and games are developed and created by AdventureRooms itself – that makes us unique. Our games are also known for their generous setups and always take place across multiple rooms.
What is AdventureRooms, exactly?
AdventureRooms offers you and your friends, family members, or coworkers a real-life escape game. The goal is to escape a locked room within one hour using cleverness and teamwork. For 60 minutes, you'll dive into a completely different world – full of surprises!
In Lucerne, we currently offer only our outdoor game: MiSSiONS.
What occasions is AdventureRooms suitable for?
Whether you're planning a special adventure with friends or coworkers – you're in the right place.
AdventureRooms is great for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate team-building events, school classes, and family outings. Enjoy an unforgettable group experience full of fun and teamwork!
Which dates are still available? How can I book?

Can I book by email or reserve a date provisionally?
Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings by email. Please use our booking platform to reserve your desired date. We also do not offer provisional bookings – all bookings are considered binding.
Can I just show up spontaneously?
No, unfortunately not. You must book your time slot online in advance so we can prepare everything for your group. For last-minute requests, please call us at: 078 246 88 99.
How can I pay?
A deposit of CHF 96.– (for 4 players) must be paid online by credit card or TWINT. The remaining balance can be paid on-site in cash, with Maestro or credit card, or TWINT. (Postcard is not accepted.)
If you have a voucher, please contact us in advance.
I didn’t receive a booking confirmation.
We’re sorry! Please check your spam folder – occasionally our confirmations end up there. If it’s not there, feel free to send us an email at luzern@adventurerooms.ch.
I need to cancel my booking.
That’s unfortunate! Please note that cancellations are charged the full amount.
However, if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule your booking once at no extra cost. If you do not wish to reschedule, your deposit is forfeited.
How long does the game last?
The actual game time is 75 minutes. The entire event lasts approximately 90 to 100 minutes, including introduction and wrap-up.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive on time for your booked time slot. Do not be late!
If you arrive significantly late, we may have to shorten your game so the next group can start on time.
Is the game available in other languages?
Our staff speak both German and English.
What ages is MiSSiONS suitable for?
MiSSiONS is suitable for children and teens aged 9 and up when accompanied by adults.
Children under 16 may only play if accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately, babies and toddlers cannot take part in the game. Thank you for your understanding.
Are there restrooms available?
We meet at Lucerne train station, where public restrooms are available.
